BACK EXTENSION ROLL PROGRESSION

  1. Backward Pike Roll

  2. Backward Roll to Plank

  3. Backward Roll Legs onto Objects (Low-Med-High)

  4. Backward Extension Down Incline

  5. Backward Extension Off Panel Mat (Lower Until Reaching Floor)

BACK WALKOVER

PREREQUISITES NEEDED

  • BACKBEND

  • BRIDGE KICKOVER

BACK WALKOVER PROGRESSION

  1. Bridge Kick Over (floor)

  2. Single Leg Back Bend + Bridge Kick "unicorn'

  3. Back Walkover with spot

  4. Back Walkover on Crash Mat
